Chest computed tomography (CT) at the time of diagnosis shows mildly enlarged lymph nodes (arrows) in the mediastinum and both hilar and interlobar areas. C. The same chest CT also shows diffuse centrilobular ground-glass nodules in both lungs. D. Mildly enlarged lymph nodes in mediastinum and both hilar and interlobar areas can be observed on chest CT taken after being treated with medical intervention and avoiding occupational dust from the workplace. E. The density of diffuse centrilobular ground-glass nodules is decreased in both lungs after being treated with conservative measures.
