Simple chest radiographs of Case 1. a In 2011, pulmonary tuberculosis sequelae with fibrosis scarring were observed. Reticulations were observed in both lower lobes. Pleural thickening and calcification were found in the right lower lung. b In 2016, fibrocalcifications of both the upper lungs and the right lower lung were observed. Emphysematous bullae were observed in both the upper lungs. The reticular pattern and number of bullae increased as compared with 2011
